All templates have a "user3" module position for a dropdown menu, some of them also have a "top" module position for a second (not dropdown)  horizontal menu, you can see the settings for the latter by clicking here.

You can test the dropdown menu now if you move your mouse over the "Dropdown menu" item in the topmenu. This 1-level suckerfish dropdown menu can be set by the following settings:

Module 8

This is the 1. module in module position user2. Only the width of the page limits the number of the modules in this module position. They have equal width.

Module 9

This is the 2. module in module position user2. Only the width of the page limits the number of the modules in this module position. They have equal width.

Module 10

This is the 3. module in module position user2. Only the width of the page limits the number of the modules in this module position. They have equal width.
